Payment of Rent: A deposit of one third of the rental cost is payable on booking. The balance of the rental cost plus the linen hire charge is payable six weeks prior to arrival. Cheques should be made payable to 'C Craib'. Non-payment of the balance by the due date will be treated as cancellation.
Cancellation: Every effort will be made to re-let the property on cancellation. If the property is re-let then the rent paid will be refunded less any re-letting costs. Otherwise the whole rent paid shall be forfeit.
Insurance: The property and contents are insured against fire and theft. However, you are advised to take out your own holiday insurance to cover personal effects and cancellation costs.
Non-Availability: In the unlikely event that the property becomes unavailable for any reason the owners' liability is limited to the amount of any rent paid.
Arrival and Departure: The rental commences at 4 pm on the day of arrival and terminates at 10 am on the day of departure. The day of arrival and departure will be a Saturday unless agreed otherwise. The house should be left in a clean and tidy condition,
